 Sycamore Canyon is located within the nationally recognized Vail School District, one of the most distinguished school districts in the greater Tucson area. The district includes four elementary schools with another under construction, two middle schools, a comprehensive high school and two small charter schools. The Vail School District and its governing board have received state and national awards for achievement, including the Award of Excellence from the State School Board Association, and recognition from the U.S. Department of Education.
