Located at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains within Pima County, Arizona, the Sycamore Canyon aims to respect and complement its special environment. Its planning recognizes the value of this dramatic, yet fragile, natural setting. Extensive open space will complement residential and commercial uses within the overall plan area. A sophisticated village center with higher density housing lies at the center of the plan, with larger open space areas towards its edge.
